We first met with John in late 2021 as we were about to make an offer on a new home out of state. He described the current local market, the process in general and his thoughts around selling as quickly as possible while still maximizing our offers. He gave us a lot of very specific directions for preparing our home for sale, most of which we followed closely. None of his suggestions were expensive, radical or excessive. We officially put our house on the market with an Open House. 34 parties came to the Open House, and within 48 hours we had SIX offers, all over asking price, one of them almost 10% over! John credits our hard work to prep the house, but we credit his expert guidance and excellent marketing skills. That proved not to be the case. John always made himself available to provide access into the house for the buyers' inspectors and in many other cases where vendors needed access into the house. I don't write a review unless I feel they absolutely deserve it, John deserves it! He was amazing through the whole process of selling our house in Warren, NJ. We found John from fliers and decided to call him. John told us about the whole process, how to stage the house and what to expect during the open house. We put our house on the market and had our first offer two hours after the close which was 20k over the ask. From the open house to close it took twenty days! John Mangini is an excellent realtor. He not only has very professional knowledge as a realtor, but also has excellent communication skill. During my home purchase process, he was always very helpful, very friendly, and always comes out and help to resolve disputes, issues that occurs from all parties, including seller, seller's attorney, me (a buyer), and my attorney. He responses all questions from my wife and I with a great deal of patience, and even after the sell, when we have questions after moving into the house, he still treated us as if we are still buying the house, without any delate in terms of answering our questions, or when we need extra help, etc...I can't expect more from a realtor like John Mangini. Both my wife and I feel the same towards him. There are so many areas during our home purchase, he went extra miles, doing services above and beyund his job responsibilities.
